By using ClockAds, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClockAds ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
  • One account per person — multiple accounts from the same IP are not allowed.
  • You must have a valid FaucetPay account to connect and withdraw earnings.
  • Use of VPN or proxy services is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3. Earning & Withdrawals

  • Earnings are credited in coins based on tasks completed (PTC ads, shortlinks, articles, offerwalls).
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as set in the platform settings.
  • Withdrawals are processed via FaucetPay to your registered wallet.
  • The platform reserves the right to hold rewards for review before crediting.
  • Fraudulent activity, click fraud, or automated bots will result in immediate ban and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Referral Program

  • You earn a commission percentage on your referrals' legitimate earnings.
  • Self-referrals or fake referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination.
  • Referral commissions may be reversed if the referred user's earnings are charged back.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or earning system.
  • Using VPN, proxy, or Tor to bypass geo-restrictions.
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Any form of fraud or misrepresentation.

6. Chargebacks & Reversals

If an advertiser disputes a transaction (chargeback), the corresponding coins may be deducted from your balance. We are not responsible for advertiser chargebacks.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these terms, with or without prior notice. Banned accounts forfeit all pending earnings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
